Total fees:(CDN) $1,900.00 + HST per mark, subject to the conditions below.
• Includes government filing fees of (Cdn) $450.00 (application fee of $250.00 plus registration fee of $200.00);
• Includes NUANS (corporate) search fee of (Cdn) $22.60 ($20.00 search fee plus $2.60 HST);
• Includes our legal fee of (Cdn) $1,370;
• Includes 5% GST on our legal fees $66.10
• Includes 4% of our legal fees for In-House Disbursements (Photocopies, Regular Mails, Long Distance & Faxes) of $54.81.

The following conditions apply. The above fees will be used to apply for the registration of your trade-mark in Canada, and includes responding to all minor and straight-forward office actions from the Canadian Trade-marks Office, but does not include responding to complex objections from the Trade-marks Office or third-party oppositions that may arise. Unless agreed in advance, if the matter involves complex office actions or third-party oppositions, our services will be provided to you on an hourly basis.
